Upon check-in, you will receive a name tag. This must be worn in order to attend conference sessions and activities.
The Hilton Anatole houses the largest collection of world art and antiques ever assembled in an American hotel. As you will notice, a portion of this collection includes non-Christian religious art. While we may not agree with the tenets that underlie some of these works, we acknowledge the God-given skill of the artists that produced them. We hope you take the time to tour the Anatole’s collection. Learn more at AnatoleArt.com
If you are staying at the Anatole, parking is $8 per day and will be added to your final hotel bill. This includes in-out access if you use your room key card. If you are staying elsewhere and coming to the Anatole for conference events, parking is $19 per day except $8 on Sunday. In-out access is not included.
Enjoy exploring downtown Dallas. The Anatole is conveniently located on 45 lush acres just minutes from numerous restaurants, museums, and art galleries. The Dallas Design District is just one mile away, and Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods are only a five-minute drive away. To the nearby northeast, you can explore the Highland Park area’s numerous shopping and dining options, go on the hunt for life-size teddy bear statues in nearby 14-acre Lakeside Park, or dive into history at the Frontiers of Flight Museum, located just outside of Dallas Love Field airport.

We would like Dallas to remember us as gracious guests of their city. This should include appropriate tips for hotel porters, airport skycaps, valets, restaurant wait staff, taxi/shuttle drivers, or other service personnel you may encounter. The staff at hotels where we have held conferences have always commented on the courtesy of the members of our group. Thank you for your help in maintaining a good reputation and in honoring Christ.
The conference ends at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday but the Hilton Anatole has an earlier standard check-out time. Please see hotel staff if you need a later check-out time; they are aware that attendees may request flexible arrangements. If you are staying elsewhere, be sure to clarify check-out policies. Some hotels will extend check-out on a case-by-case basis, and some hotels would like you to check out at their posted time, but will store your luggage if necessary.
